Lightning

Hi! My name is Cedar. People call me the gentle giant. I am a Mustang- Belgian cross. I am sorrel in color with a blonde mane and tail. I have a white blaze down my face. I am 15. 2 hands tall from the ground to my withers. Originally I was trained to be a driving horse. Eventually I was auctioned off and became a riding horse. That’s when I came across the SOMS organization where I get to help kids learn how to ride. I love to show the children God’s love through my kind nature. Hi! My name is Penny. I am a 14 year-old bay quarter horse. I am good at barrel racing. When kids ride me, it gives us a chance to get to know each other and we both learn to work together. Hello I am Mia. I am a twelve year old American Paint. I love people. I also love to run. I have eight best friends and my owner's name is Doug Persian. He takes good care of me and my friends. Every other Saturday kids come to walk and ride me. It is a lot of fun for me and the kids. I have people who walk with me; they are called student handlers. Hi my name is Mary. I am a nine year old bay quarter horse mare. I always love when all the kids come to ride. My favorite thing to do is pole bending. I’m 14.2 hands tall. My best friend is Penny. I love everybody that rides me. I love to be groomed, ridden and I am very loveable. I like to rest my head on kids who love me.
